DNA Health & Aesthetics Patient Experience
Dental Work That Protects Your Time, Health and Future
The Biodentistry Global Standard (BGS) Flagship Experience integrates surgery, regeneration and recovery in a way that reduces pain and accelerates healing
At DNA Health & Aesthetics, the mouth is treated as part of whole body health.
Chronic oral infection, poorly integrated implants and bite dysfunction don’t just affect teeth. They elevate inflammation, delay recovery and place the nervous system under strain.
When infection is fully removed and incompatible materials such as mercury or titanium are replaced with ceramics, patients typically experience less post-operative pain and reliance on medication, a faster return to work and reduced need for repeat intervention.
The experience is radically different from conventional dentistry: rather than facing weeks on a restricted diet, most patients are able to eat solid food the evening after surgery, even following extensive procedures.
This is Biodentistry 3.0, delivered to a new, higher standard.

A Different Kind of Experience
Your journey begins weeks before you travel, through the Food Design Concept and Bone Healing Protocol. These protocols are designed to stabilise inflammation, optimise nutrient status and prepare your body to recover efficiently from surgery.
Phase One of treatment typically takes place over a number of days. This allows assessment, surgery and active recovery to take place within a single, concentrated period, reducing work and life disruption and avoiding the repeated interventions typical of conventional dentistry.
During your stay, surgery and recovery are carefully sequenced. Regenerative therapies support oxygenation, circulation and tissue repair, helping bone and implants integrate correctly, reducing the likelihood of complications.
After four to six months, if implants were placed during phase one and once healing and integration are complete, you return for Phase Two.
This second stay finalises your reconstruction, restoring stable bite function, balanced jaw alignment and natural aesthetics designed to last.
Two focused stays. One long-term result.
Healing is
prioritised here.
The Two-Phase Master Plan
Every case is planned from the desired final outcome backwards, integrating preparation, surgery and recovery into a single structured clinical pathway.
Phase One
Removal, Regeneration and Foundation
Phase One focuses on eliminating the problems that compromise long-term success, such as infected root canal-treated teeth, hidden jawbone infection, failing or reactive implants and incompatible materials.
Bone is thoroughly cleaned and treated. Where necessary, it is rebuilt using regenerative protocols to create a stable base for ceramic implants and long-term restoration.
This is the biological reset.
Phase Two
Precision Restoration
Once bone has healed and implants have integrated, Phase Two completes the restoration.
Final ceramic crowns are placed with careful attention to bite stability and jaw balance. The aim is a result that feels natural and reduces the likelihood of repeat intervention.
Treatment progresses in line with your biology, allowing healing and regeneration – rather than arbitrary scheduling – to determine timing.
Why This Exists
For over fifteen years, Dr. Dominik Nischwitz saw the same pattern: patients investing significant time and money in dental treatment only to face repeat procedures, persistent inflammation or complications created by the original fix.
In response, he systematically refined his surgical protocols, integrated regenerative medicine into clinical practice and formalised a structured biological approach.
During that time, he has emerged as the world’s leading biological dentist, training hundreds of clinicians globally. As biological dentistry expanded internationally, approaches varied widely. Patients were left to navigate an industry where protocols differed and standards were inconsistent.
The Biodentistry Global Standard was developed to change that. It is a defined clinical system that unifies diagnostics, surgery and regenerative protocols into a single, accountable pathway.
DNA Health & Aesthetics is the first clinic operating fully under this standard.
It represents a model of dentistry delivered as part of whole-body medicine with a commitment to health and longevity.
While Dr Nischwitz created and leads the Biodentistry Global Standard, patient treatment is delivered by a world-class clinical team at DNA Health & Aesthetics, ensuring every case follows the same rigorous surgical protocols.
Who This Is For
Our approach is designed for individuals who:
- Have had dental work before and want it resolved properly.
- Or are planning significant treatment and want it done to the highest standard from the outset.
- Value health as highly as aesthetics.
- Understand that oral health influences whole-body health.
- Are prepared to travel and invest time in a structured programme.
- Prioritise long-term outcomes over temporary fixes.
- This experience is suited to patients who want their dental treatment undertaken as part of a broader health and longevity strategy.
How to Begin
Your journey towards optimal health starting in the mouth is structured and personal.
- Step 1: Submit your medical questionnaire and a current panoramic X ray.
- Step 2: Our clinical team carefully reviews your case.
- Step 3: If aligned, you will be invited to a Strategy and Case Design Call where we walk you through your individualized master plan, discuss timing, preparation, and the investment framework.
From there, your immersive stays are scheduled and coordinated with your preparation phase and healing timeline.
This pathway is deliberate, structured and built for lasting results.
